samsung oven enamel flaking

I thought you werent supposed to use oven cleaner and manually clean a self cleaning oven. Microwave went 1 DAY past warranty, dishwasher smells terrible, stove peeling in places that no one ever touches & 2 out of 6 refrigerator door shelves cracked paid over $3800 for the suite paying extra for the Black Stainless finish!
